Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the strategy, development, and growth of the ServiceNow Store marketplace. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the ServiceNow Store, enabling customers to easily discover, acquire, and deploy applications, integrations, and solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and vision for the ServiceNow Store marketplace, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the development and launch of new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for the marketplace.
  • Develop and prioritize a roadmap of initiatives that improve the user experience, increase product offerings, and drive revenue growth.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of the marketplace.
  • Partner with third-party developers and vendors to ensure a diverse and high-quality catalog of offerings on the marketplace.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
  • 5+ years of software product management experience
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

FD21
For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $137,000 - $233,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
