Senior Product Manager - Mobile Apps

This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.

A significant portion of Redfin's 50M+ unique monthly visitors use our iOS and Android apps. The apps are a one-stop-shop for buyers, sellers, homeowners, and renters to fulfill their real estate needs. With an onboarding flow to start one's home search, notifications to alert when new homes hit the market, and a Feed for personalized recommendations and rich content, the apps are the best way to experience Redfin. We're now on the cusp of reinventing our apps. We want them to be personalized so people get what they want effortlessly. We want them to be fast so users never wait. We want the content to be rich and engaging with video and AI. And, we want them to take advantage of all the latest capabilities of mobile operating systems and hardware.
That's where you come in. We're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to chart our path forward. You will play a critical role in transforming our mobile app experiences to meet the evolving needs of our users. You'll lead the vision strategy, and execution of our Mobile Apps. You have a deep understanding of the mobile technology landscape, competitive trends, and what drives a great mobile user experience. You'll work with a passionate group of engineers, designers, and another Product Manager to test, iterate, and scale new apps experiences in a fast-paced environment. You'll own key apps metrics like installs, returning users, and key feature engagement and report on their progress to executives.
The Role

• Build a vision and product strategy, while driving a cross functional and leadership alignment.
• Forge roadmaps, requirements, and product designs, setting concrete goals to measure team success.
• Work with stakeholders across businesses to build a cohesive experience, navigate tradeoffs, and drive business results.
• Define and execute on the product roadmap for your team, rallying a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products.
• Dive deep into data with analysts to offer critical insights and execute on product improvements.
• Effectively communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executives through clearly written narratives and reviews.

Who You Are

• Passionate about Redfin's mission.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience working with a team to build and deliver new products or experiences.
• Extensive experience owning consumer Mobile Apps that millions use daily.
• Experience planning, building, and shipping personalized features like a feed or recommendations.
• Able to influence executives and entry-level employees alike across multiple functions.
• A Learner. You've demonstrated an ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in a complex area.
• Someone with deep customer empathy. You can listen to users, understand their key problems, and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.
• You have a track record of working on innovative problems that are ambiguous at the outset, simplifying complexity into something actionable.
• Great communicator. You can distill a challenging problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives.
• Analytical. You're data-driven at your core, and aren't afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. You are able to articulate complex issues in a simple way.

The compensation information is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $151,700.00 - 227,200.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity. Potential for quarterly bonuses based on company performance. Potential for merit increases and stock grants based on performance.
