Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the SeniorProduct Manager will be responsible for launching Optilume BPH in the U.S., including defining the global product strategy and roadmap, executing patient and physician awareness marketing activities, and providing ongoing support for the Optilume BPH portfolio. 

About the Role:

  • Lead and initiate planning and market preparation for the Optilume BPH product launch in the United States, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, development of physician and patient support tools, promotional programs, and monitoring of post-launch metrics.
  • Manage product portfolio expansion concepts through the phase gate process, monitor post-launch metrics with full ownership for campaign success.
  • Develop marketing support materials including product images, sales aids, economic models, and digital ads to be leveraged by the US and regional teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on the overall marketing strategy, product messaging, product promotion, training and education programs, conference strategy, and tactical execution for Optilume BPH.    

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience and working in medical device or pharmaceutical is required.
  • Ability to analyze market data and understand market trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to influence others, and ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategy.
