What you will be doing as a Senior Product Manager
- As a Sr Product Manager you will serve as the general manager of a portfolio of software and technology products supporting a Line of Business. Responsibilities bull
- Leverage your enterprise business and technical knowledge to engage with the line of business and executive leaders in order to manage design and develop innovative products for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead a team of Product Managers who will drive improvement in key business metrics and provide customer-friendly product experiences
- Provide thought leadership on how to solve ambiguous and complex problems interface with executive leadership drive operational collaboration between the business and software engineering teams
- Engage with stakeholders to understand our most pressing business opportunities and priorities and work with them to produce a strategy product roadmap and execution plan for digital innovation.
- Build and leverage deep business domain expertise product and technical knowledge to translate business problems into strategic product roadmaps requirements and insights including long-term vision for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Responsible for the product/solution lifecycle and driving value to operational business stakeholders.
- Partner with business stakeholders including engineering to prioritize features and make strategic tradeoffs to deliver the best business value move quickly and iterate to deliver scalable solutions that provide the optimal customer technology and engineering outcomes.
- Develop and implement product plans and manage communication and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrate understanding of core technologies utilized in their product domain and influence pros and cons of technical alternatives with Engineering and Architecture
What you will bring to the table as a Senior Product Manager
- BS in Engineering Computer Science or other related technical discipline or equivalent work experience required
- MBA or Masters degree preferred Experience/Minimum Requirements
- 8 years demonstrated full-lifecycle product ownership/management/development with cross-functional team and cross discipline execution either directly or as an organizational leader.
- 5 years supervisory/management experience leading Product Managers or related teams
- Experience owning product roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
