Your role at Sephora:
As a Sr. Product Manager, Marketing Technology, you will own various digital/ecommerce projects end to end; Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Management, you define, design and test data and tracking requirements. With your expertise in retail media networks, you will have a high impact role driving business results in close partnership with marketing business, product management, engineering, and UX.

Position Description

• Drive short-term and long-term product vision & roadmap that consider user needs, business impact and the broader competitive/market landscape.
• Manage product lifecycle from customer research and concept development through execution, analysis and iteration.
• Develop clear and compelling product requirements / user stories for new and existing product initiatives
• Analyze product metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve product KPIs.
• Ensure we ship high quality products, in a timely, focused manner, including product prioritization and planning, execution, quality of design and build, set estimates for release, and hitting them.
• Own funnel metrics for product launches, active users/members, engagement, and satisfaction.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on digital product management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-Starter personality, motivated, and excited about retail media network growth at Sephora.
• Experience with requirements gathering, product roadmaps, user stories, process flows, etc.
• Degree in a technical discipline
• Prior experience building and growing eCommerce websites/apps

The annual base salary range for this position is $142,020.00 - $175,300.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
