WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the production strategy for clients based on brief, category and budget. You know what can be done for a $25K to $1M budget.
- Create project goals, scope and estimates and ensure that production goals are met within time frames and budgets requirements, particularly for social/digital first work.
- Manage campaign development across internal teams and external partners.
- Manage the full life cycle of production including photo shoots, live action shoots, digital and design development.
- Provide clear communication of production statuses (milestones, financial performance, etc.) to internal teams and third party vendors.
- Present production plan strategies to clients and internal teams for established client work and/or new business pitches.
- Partner very closely with your peers on the client team including account management, strategy, creative and community management.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- 5 years+ relevant experience producing multi-channel campaigns including print, experiential, digital, photo, video, and social, preferably in a creative agency or client side creative environment.
- Experience with social influencers and creators is a big plus
- You have worked with 3rd party production companies and you know how to get the best out of them
- You are proactive to seek out answers, problem solve and have the ability to work effectively under pressure
- You possess excellent team building, resource planning and written and verbal communication skills
- You are familiar with existing and emerging digital product technologies and have a creative and technical understanding of them
- You are a natural assertive leader, as our Producers are not passive bystanders
- You are comfortable leading projects and working closely with senior stakeholders
- You have the ability to speak with confidence to anyone in the agency and clients
