Senior Process And Systems Analyst- Global Sourcing

Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support the Supply Chain team through data-backed process improvement and problem solving. Focus includes identifying cost out opportunities, streamline processes, report creation, system requirements, and managing special projects.
The role will work closely with multiple teams in order to drive continuous improvement for the Supply Chain as a whole. In addition, the position will work cross-functionally with our Customs Compliance, Inventory, Global Sourcing, and Logistics, Merchandising teams.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical training/experience
• Highly skilled and comfortable working with multidimensional and large datasets in SQL
• Proficient in Excel, PivotTables, automating through Macros and Visual Basic Script
• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI preferred)
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a logistics / supply chain setting
• Experience working with a Transportation Management System [TMS]
• Experience automating processes with Alteryx
• Experience with data related programming languages such as Python and R

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive requirements definition using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Provide necessary definition, development and deployment guidance to ensure successful IT initiatives.
• Develop and modify processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies in order to support the growth of the business.
• Standardize procedures to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within program, consistent with company goals and policies.
• Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.

Working Conditions (travel & environment)

• Limited travel required including air and car travel.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
