We are currently seeking highly motivated people for our Business Process Intelligence practice, which is a provider of process transformation consulting services to large corporate clients of all industries.


The BPI practice delivers several capabilities, including Process Design & Documentation, Process Mining & Analysis, Machine Learning & Decision Algorithms, and Digitization & Workflow Orchestration.


Skills Required:


  • Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds, including excellent academic credentials in quantitative sciences, IT, engineering, and business economics, as well as 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM). 3-5 years of experience in BPMN or Business Process Automation tools (e.g., Signavio, iGrafx, Camunda, Flowable) with at least 3 years in designing/ modeling end-to-end sector and cross-sector Business Process and decision models using BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling standards
  • Previous experience in the Banking, CPG, and Pharma industries preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
  • Experience in process mining and data models to facilitate sophisticated analysis of process data
  • Understanding of data transformation techniques and query languages related to ETL management of data
  • Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance
  • Six Sigma and Lean certifications are desirable
  • Traveling availability and potential to work on projects at client locations
  • Work from home, otherwise

Roles & Responsibilities:


You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to provide business related services, primarily focused on designing, modeling, testing, and implementing Business Processes and decision models. More specifically, we are seeking individuals with hands on practical experience in one or more process and decision modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, iGrafx, Camunda, and Sapiens). You will also participate in the analysis, validation, and assessment of requirements, including:

  • Managing process change
  • Applying knowledge of Business Process modelling notations to documenting processes
  • Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
  • Monitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process performance including designing and implementing process mining techniques
  • Design and build workflow models that will be used to develop applications for clients
  • Collaborating with AI/ML developers on data models and training approaches
  • Contribute to the ongoing process and methodology improvements, helping to establish governance with the compliance of solutions with architectural patterns and standards
  • Partner with CT Labs to evaluate new technologies and to identify and build-out best practices/ solutions that can be applied across the Cambridge business

Experience:


5-8 years


Educational Qualification:


Degree (Bachelor and/ or Master) in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business/ Finance or similar areas or related field.
