Optical Injection Molding Senior Process/ 220 Ton Presses

Processing new tools and current tools which includes Acrylic, Nylon 66, Polycarbonate. MFV/MFI vary which requires process adjustments. tool modifications if needed, new tooling reviews with our Manufacturing/tooling Engineer. 3 axis robots programing and troubleshooting. Molding machine trouble shooting when needed, Nissei machines. Current senior process engineer will interview and train the person we hire. we have a great relationship with our current senior process engineer, he is going to retire.

Help set molds when needed, which is going to be very limited amount of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
