Senior Principal System Analyst

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Solutions & Integration team, located in Phoenix, AZ.  As a Senior Principal Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to design, deploy and manage process & systems solutions to a wide spectrum of supply chain functions.

Performance Objectives:

The successful candidate will have to:

• Coordinate cross-functional solutions & integration effort in the manufacturing & supply chain space including but not limited to planning, logistics, procurement, and finance
• Collaborate at high level with Business Management and system users in the ongoing development of Business Process leveraging System Capability and ongoing System Development. 
• Transform High Level Business requirements into detailed project plans, WBS and requirement documents.  Continuous engagement with the Information Technology team is required to implement system enhancements and fixes, requiring understanding of IT terminology, processes, and capabilities.  
• Drive solutions from buy in, development, testing until deployment with excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with users.  Ability to communicate project objectives, approach, options, plans to global audiences with confidence.
• Support Global user community in a wide range of support activities such as issue resolution, troubleshooting, system enhancements, report development, system setups and configuration and ongoing training activities.
• Balance independent work & group contributions effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience in analytical disciplines like Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain Management
• Familiar with manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of BOM and supply chain modeling
• Ability to write SQL Scripts (understanding of joins, conditions & databases is necessary). 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work within a fast moving, dynamic team environment with ever changing requirements.
• Ability to travel during large scale projects to world-wide locations
• Soft skills to scale into various roles during a project  (e.g. communications, modulation, drive, agility, consistency ) 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 8 years' experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred
• Proficient skills and working knowledge in the following a plus:

  • Oracle Database systems and table structures
