About the Role

A full-time position reporting to the IT Director, you will take the lead in providing more complex application development services typically as part of a project team or in an application support role. You will manage projects, define requirements, and analyze, design, code, test and implement complex solutions to meet internal and external customer requirements.

You will take the lead role in continuing to improve the utilization of our Creatio CRM. This includes training, support, and working with internal team members to understand and define business requirements, translating those requirements into technical solutions, and implementing the solutions in Creatio using custom fields, business processes, and custom software development.

You will manage technical projects and provide general support to maintain more complex applications that meet the service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by our stakeholders. You are expected to mentor less experienced team members.

Responsibilities:

• Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates and budgets with minimal or no defects.
• Takes a lead role in collaborating with customers, business analysts, partners, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to more complex business needs.
• Takes a lead role in providing required technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary.
• Actively takes a leading role and participates on project teams in various project roles, including, but not limited to, Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager, and Business and Systems Analyst based upon level of experience.
• Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Git and GitHub
• HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript
• Responsive web design
• Restful APIs, Postman
• Custom WordPress Development (PHP, MySql, WP-CLI, themes, plugins, APIs, Gutenberg blocks and patterns)
• MERN stack - MongoDB, Express, Node.js (no React required)
• Experience as a full stack developer
• Project management, agile, waterfall, hybrid
• Business and systems analysis
• Defining requirements and scoping projects

Bonus points if you have experience in:

• Composer, NPM, Build tools like Webpack
• Cloud service platforms like AWS or Azure
• Server management and infrastructure: Apache, NGINX, DNS, SSL
• Web deployment using CI/CD Pipelines
• Familiarity with an MVC framework like ASP.Net Core and Laravel
• SOLID design principles
• Software testing practices such as assertions and unit tests
• Creatio CRM customization
• ETL (Extract Transform Load) experience

Location:

100% remote. Must be eligible to work in the U.S without the need of sponsorship. Fulltime, no contractors.

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred.
