Job Summary:

In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.

This role is for an Integration & Test (I&T) Lead. The I&T Lead is responsible for all aspects system integration and verification planning, execution and reporting associated with the development, implementation and validation of a Program Protection solution. This role is within the Mobile Sensors & Weapons Systems Department.

This position is an onsite role. Occasional travel is required, up to 10%.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Provides direction over the Integration & Test team
• Ensures that the test and validation events are aligned with the overall test strategy established by the test architect and executed in accordance with system integration strategy.
• Responsible for partnering test and validation approach with program management and external customers
• Obtain and maintain access as required by program

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience with Integration and Test.
• Experience in leading the planning and/or executing of integration and test
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience interfacing with internal or external customers
• Experience as a cross product team lead or integrated product team lead
• Experience with DOORS
• Experience with Program Protection domain

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
