The Senior Software Solutions Engineer is responsible for implementing and delivering customer related technical solutions and support for InterPro’s EZMax product suite. This position interacts with customers in a professional manner to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about InterPro Solutions' products and services. In addition, the engineer will work with other InterPro engineers in providing solutions to customers' issues and requests.
We are looking for well-rounded Senior Software Solutions Engineer that has the ability to learn our various mobile software within our suite. In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You will be supporting, gathering information, and troubleshooting customer issues by evaluating, analyzing, and identifying symptoms related to our company's software application. You will be working with our talented engineers in resolving the identified issues. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to develop and deliver high-quality and structured code that is aligned with customers’ requirements and business objectives. In addition, you will be mentoring junior Solutions Engineers to ensure the same high quality of deliverables that are aligned with customers’ requirements and business objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Have 6+ years in software engineering and supporting role
- 6+ years of professional experience in web / mobile application development. Must have hands on experience with modern web / mobile programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React / React Native, Angular, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Have working knowledge containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Have proficiency in Kubernetes architecture and operations including resource management/scheduling
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
- Proven skills in adaptability and have a team first collaborative mindset.
- Possess a passion for addressing real-world user needs and deliver customer-centric solutions to tackle real-world business problems.
- Troubleshoot InterPro’s various products and applications
- Provide solutions and support via support phone line, email and website
- Possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Track and document troubleshooting tasks and activities related to customers' issues
- Connect to customers' servers online to help with InterPro's software application issues
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and on multiple projects at any given time
- Support and mentor other Solutions Engineers to solve customer and product related problems
- Have ability to manage priorities, follow-through on issues until closure
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s (required) with focus in information systems / software engineering
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with object-oriented programming languages (Java, C++, or C#)
- Experience in web technologies (CSS, Html, TypeScript, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSP, XML/XSL, JSON, Spring Framework, and ASP.NET)
- Experience in containerization technologies of Docker, Kubernetes and orchestration tools of Kubernetes, OpenShift
- Experience in AWS / OpenShift cloud infrastructure and environments
- Experience in troubleshooting performance issues with relational databases
- Experience in troubleshooting networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, Load-balancing)
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Microsoft Operating Systems/Hyper V
- VMWare (vCenter, vSphere)
- Linux knowledge a plus
- Ability to write small test applications in either Java, C#, or C/C++
- Familiar with Android, iOS, or Windows mobile application development
