For this position; specialized experience is defined as: Extensive experience as authoritative technical subject-matter expert, coach, reviewer, and team leader on complex electricity market, policy, and competition issues that have a major impact on the electric industry.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
