Job description

Responsibilities:

To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Analyst who will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, thereby influencing the our organizational culture and operational effectiveness. As a vital member of the HR team, the People Analytics Analyst will bridge the gap between data science and human resources, providing the analytical horsepower behind strategic HR decisions. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sophisticated analytics solutions that inform talent management, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall organizational performance. Your work will directly impact InnovAge's strategic objectives, aligning people data with business outcomes to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in establishing a robust People Analytics framework, enabling data-driven strategies for talent development, retention, and organizational growth.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, leveraging analytics to provide deep insights into workforce dynamics, predict future trends, and recommend interventions that align with InnovAge's core values and business goals.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee experiences through data, identifying opportunities to improve well-being, career development, and engagement, thus positioning InnovAge as an employer of choice.
  • Cultivate a culture of transparency and insight, where data informs leadership decisions and employee initiatives, enhancing our commitment to creating exceptional workplace environments and fostering innovation.

  • Leverage deep understanding of business objectives to transform them into actionable people metrics and scalable solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in data management, analytics, and visualization to empower InnovAge with insights for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Design and implement a robust data architecture with proactive monitoring to ensure real-time data intelligence and responsive methodologies.
  • Craft and distribute user-friendly tools, dashboards, and reports for self-service analytics access.
  • Enhance and apply a comprehensive data quality framework to perpetually elevate the integrity of our data.
  • Guarantee uniformity in our approach to data gathering, definitions, and analytical standards across all platforms and teams.
  • Oversee the complete cycle of our people data processes, from designing efficient workflows to their execution.
  • Formulate an operational strategy for efficiently managing and addressing spontaneous data inquiries.
  • Convert complex data and analyses into compelling narratives that inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Clearly define analytical challenges, predict desired outcomes, set transparent expectations, propose innovative solutions, and ensure thorough follow-through.
REQUIRED
  • 3+ yrs proven experience in an analytical role, within, People Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data querying, analysis, dashboard creation, and visualization techniques, with a strong command of tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • A solid grasp of measurement methodologies and statistical and predictive analytics, including experience with statistical software such as R, Python, or SPSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and compelling narratives for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience with HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analytics solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in People Analytics and related technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Comprehensive benefits include m/d/v, short and long-term disability, life insurance and add, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company paid holidays.

Posted Salary Range: USD $105,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
