Under limited guidance and direction, focuses on designing and developing effective ways to measure the impact and effectiveness of educational programs on the new or experienced advisor's practice (net new assets, advisor engagement, team effectiveness, advisor satisfaction, etc.) with the team. Responsible for taking data from a variety of sources and helping in creating a clear view of what the data represents to help the firm make better investments in education and development programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide analysis of key metrics to identify trends and opportunities based on a data-driven approach.
• Design measurement programs for conferences/events, coaching and consulting programs.
• Utilizes a variety of sources to collect and analyze data to on advisor performance
• Collect key data from systems across the firm.
• Report key findings to management and senior management teams through key business reports and presentations.
• Support a consistent process for gathering of feedback and data from advisors.
• Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery processes through detailed analysis of data and feedback collected at conferences, events and webinars to ensure consistency and comparability of data results.
• Participate in the development of key metrics and success factors for educational and other programs to ensure consistency from the outset.
• Create and maintain dashboard of key metrics, monthly, and complete view of advisor activity and results.
• Distribute performance results to management team.
• Support the team with ad hoc measurement and analysis projects.
• Collaborates with PCG Education Management Team to create the annual operating budget and provide mid-year update.
• Work with peers and management within the department as well as internal customers.
• Partner with IT and Marketing to develop a consistent measurement approach for Practice Management, new advisor training, women's development programs, branch education and conferences/events.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Business, Statistics, Math or Accounting and minimum of (3 to 5) years of business related experience working in a corporate setting, demonstrating project and data management skills.
• Experience with writing SQL preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience and /or training as approved by Human Resources.
