Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
· Answering Evaluation Notices (ENs)
· Planning/Scheduling all vehicle test activities for EMD/MTA/LRIP/FRP phase of a program
· Planning/Scheduling all LRU test activities (FAT, HALT, Qual, ESS) for LRIP phase of a program
· Managing supplier test activities
· Manage day to day activities for all PA&T assignments
· Coordinating job assignments for PA&T personnel
· Guide the development of all test plans/reports
· Lead test team and all home office support for each test location
· Participate in program leadership discussions
· Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
· Manage manpower and create BCRs when necessary for all PA&T activities
· Manage material dollars and create BCRs when necessary for all PA&T activities
· Create Scope of Work for supplier related test activities
· Prepare and deliver weekly status reports for LTE and GDLS Leadership
· Prepare and deliver weekly status reports for USG
· Primary point of contact for USG regarding all test related matters
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with PA&T activities
· React and make quick decisions in a fast paced environment
Qualifications Sought
· Good knowledge of USG test standards – MIL-STD-810, TOPs, ITOPs, ATPD-2404B
· Good knowledge of USG test sites – APG, YPG, EPG, RTC, Grayling, WSMR, Etc.
· Good knowledge of private test sites – ARES, NATC, etc.
· Strong communication skills – both developing and delivering presentations.
· Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a small team.
· Previous experience with BOEs, BCRs, EVC
· Occasional travel to test sites and suppliers
· Occasional overtime including weekends
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to multi-task
