Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners across the GPS organization and broader company to identify and set priorities for Global Partner Marketing Communications Hub and Partner Book of News Editorial Calendar on a quarterly basis and prioritize work.
- Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to ensure the right measurement frameworks are implemented to demonstrate the marketing value of activities executed through the Global Partner Marketing Communications Hub.
- Evangelize the Global Partner Marketing Communications Hub and Partner Book of News Editorial Calendar to ensure business owners understand how to engage the council and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction with the Global Partner Marketing Communications Hub and Partner Book of News Editorial Calendar process and deliverables.
- Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns that make partners successful
- Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which partners move along the partnership journey and continually refine to move partners forward in their partnership with Microsoft and help them grow their business.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels
- Monitor industry trends intelligence and market conditions
- Keeping abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound marketing
Ensure all content created and executed through the Global Partner Marketing Communications Hub and GDC is in alignment with privacy, security and brand policies and guidelines.
Manage vendors and budget in creation and execution of content aligned with plans and business priorities to ensure fiscally responsible spending in compliance with company policies.
Be a partner advocate. Relentlessly champion the partner and the experiences they have with the content you create—how they find it, how they consume it, how they use it to make decisions.
Contribute to the continual development of the team’s marketing excellence by sharing best practices and insights and foster an inclusive work environment where every employee can effectively engage and wants to be part of the team driving customer success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of channel strategy and execution along with demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel Integrated Marketing and/or communications plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years’ experience working as an Integrated Marketing specialist
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to clearly articulate and share your vision and plans, and constructively address opposing views.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across large organizations and multi-disciplinary teams to align marketing strategy, and accelerate implementation.
- Project management skills to prioritize, adjust and drive initiatives forward in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently.
Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
