SalaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support our business processes. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full software development life cycle, from gathering requirements to deploying and maintaining software applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
Your Impact:
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET, collaborating with business users, gathering, and analyzing functional requirements to develop and implement the technical design that meet business needs, adhering to industry coding standards.
- Support maintenance and enhancement of existing software solutions, identifying functional and business shortcomings and proposing solutions using modern programming technologies.
- Evaluate new code for reliable architecture, stability, reusability, performance, automation, security, and metrics. Checking code to detect and remedy errors and omission. Test outputs to ensure they are in working order. Ensure outputs that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to other team members, throughout the entire SDLC.
- Collaborate with teams from across the organization to develop and design solutions for technical business problems that increase staff productivity and help them achieve their financial goals.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- Stay up to date with the newest technologies and security measures
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- 7+ years prior experience using .NET
- 1+ years of experience with front-end technologies such as React JS or Node JS
- Experience in C# and ASP.NET framework
- Proficiency in SQL Server and database design.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong project management disciplines and communication skills, including a demonstrated track record in delivering multiple projects.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for technology and knowledge
- Insurance experience helpful.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base hourly pay range for this position is between $115,000 - 135,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
