We need a professional who can expertly navigate the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution, all while keeping tight control of the bottom line. Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. Leadership will support you in overseeing the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.

- Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
- Share thought leadership and identify trends and insights with executive leadership
- Support updates of the online customer portal to improve user experience
- Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
- Engage with technology and creative vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
- Maintain project status and timeline for digital projects, communicating updates regularly
- Own and improve the social media presence of the company
- Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners
- Assist with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
- Track digital marketing campaigns and prepare reports
- Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
- Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy
- Knowledgeable in maintaining digital brand consistency and managing strategic multichannel marketing- Distinguished capability in building digital brands with strong ROI
- A healthy mix of skill and initiative
- Well-rounded in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Successful track record in vendor management
- Mastery of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledgeable in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site
