Our financial firm is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with a strong attention to detail and administrative skills that will be deployed in a fast paced environment. Ideally the candidate will have had 2 or more years experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from new and existing clients
- Give service and support to new and existing clients
- Outbound Calls for service and support
- complete, file, and upload paperwork
- Process client requests and complete necessary paperwork
- Set follow-up appointments with pending business to keep clients engaged
- Send out general correspondence to our existing and pending business
- Updating our CRM
- Create and update spreadsheets
- General Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 2 plus year of Previous experience ideally in a financial advisors office
- At least 2 years of other fast paced detailed oriented task work
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- 4 plus years of use of Microsoft Office in an office setting
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong phone skills
