Job description

We are hiring a Marketing Director who will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of Andgo’s marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for optimizing our go-to-market strategy in US Healthcare. Key activities include enabling our sales team with differentiated messaging and creating engaging customer success stories. This role will include close collaboration with our Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams.


Andgo is a venture-backed growth company working to redefine the landscape of healthcare staffing. Our mission is clear: to automate and streamline staffing workflows for hospitals, seamlessly filling urgent vacancies caused by unforeseen absences among healthcare workers. With a well-established presence throughout Canada, our focus is now on further expanding into the US Market. This is where you come in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing a marketing vision and plan, building and coaching a team that has a test-and-learn mentality and can become deep experts on the market.
  • Demand Generation: The ultimate goal is to build out our pipeline in close coordination with Sales. This will be done through education, brand awareness, creating credibility in the market, and developing nurture campaigns.
  • Enablement: Equip our sales team with compelling messaging, leveraging customer success stories, and empowering them to showcase our product effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies that enhance their effectiveness in the demand generation and sales process.
  • GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging: Familiarize yourself with our competitive landscape to effectively position our product in the workforce management market, providing our sales team with a competitive advantage in both demand generation and overall B2B sales efforts.
  • Customer Advocacy: Create and implement a customer advocacy program that not only fosters positive experiences but also strategically leverages satisfied customers in our demand generation efforts.

The ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS marketing or related fields.
  • Showcase a strong background in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on demand generation, growth hacking, and B2B sales support.
  • Experience working with US enterprise hospitals in staffing and knowledge of workforce management software space.
  • Visionary storyteller and effectively conveying customer success stories. Success crafting narratives that drive impactful demand generation campaigns.
  • Proven success in implementing account-based marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing objectives with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple, short deadlines.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies tailored to the US hospital industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas to engage B2B customers.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.
