In his role you will suppor our businesses in he Americas in rela ion o he prepara ion and/or review of federal and s a e and local income ax re urns, as well as he provisioning for he income ax liabili ies wi hin he Americas.

Wha role will you play?
You will manage he prepara ion and/or review of corpora e federal and s a e income and franchise ax re urns of en i ies wi hin he Americas Region. Liaising wi h he ax Advisory depar men , you will de ermine US ax law requiremen s on specific ransac ions and consul wi h he business in preparing analysis for ransac ions. You will review ax provision, effec ive ax ra e calcula ions, axable income, and deferred ax compu a ions as well as es ax basis compu a ions based on balance shee approach for book/ ax differences. In erac ing closely wi h Business Uni Finance, Legal En i y Con rollers and ax Advisory eams, you will seek o unders and and highligh po en ial ax echnical issues wi h accoun ing posi ions, ransac ions, and new produc s. Also, you will review ax payable and ax receivables reconcilia ions for cash flow and FX hedging purposes and assess he po en ial impac of changes.
Wha you offer:

• Bachelor's degree in accoun ing and/or finance, as well as Mas ers in ax and or CPA.
• A leas five o seven years of relevan experience in Financial Services or in an Accoun ing Firm.
• De ail-orien ed wi h good in ui ive reasoning and projec managemen skills.
• S rong communica ion, analy ical, organiza ional, and research skills.
• Good in erpersonal skills, capable of working effec ively in cross-func ional and cross-border eams.

Salary range for his posi ion: $150,000- 215,000/Yr. Ac ual base salary may vary based upon, bu no limi ed o, relevan experience, ime in role, peer and marke da a, prior performance, business sec or, and geographic loca ion. he successful candida e may also be eligible for an annual discre ionary incen ive compensa ion award.
