ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Talent Consultant for the Comp Talent offering in Comprehensive Services. In this position you will lead the Talent Consultant team in executing our Comp Talent clients' strategic talent goals and objectives leading to positive client satisfaction and retention. Provides the Talent Consultant team with ongoing support through onboarding, continuous trainings, strategic talent delivery coaching, and clearing obstacles to help the Talent Consultants deliver superior service. Ensures timely and accurate reporting of quality and productivity metrics related to talent initiatives. Provides continual communication and coordination of activities with other departments to ensure effective client support related to talent strategy, with an emphasis on sharing opportunities and collaborating with Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Service. Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates these to associates through department meetings and individual performance planning. Leads all human resource-related activities for the team, including talent recruitment, development and retention. Determines training requirements. Some travel required, as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all daily activities of the Talent Consultant team, including supporting them in building Talent Strategy Plans focused on proactively identifying talent-related objectives, initiatives, and priorities throughout the client lifecycle
- Ensures appropriate support and coaching is delivered to Talent Consultants
- Builds internal relationships and coordinates with other ADP teams and third parties to ensure seamless delivery of Comp Talent services
- Works directly with clients on escalated situations that require management level involvement
- Continuously improves the Comp Talent offering by assessing what is working well, obstacles, and opportunities to improve
- Spearheads Comp Talent campaigns with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to grow the offering
- Monitors the department's quality and productivity performance and participates in the decision making process to ensure client utilization and service excellence
- In conjunction with the Sr. Director of Client Services, establishes clearly defined team and individual vision, goals and objectives - and develops a plan to meet and exceed those goals
- Advocates for Comp Talent product enhancements with internal partners in GPT, Product Enablement, and more
- Analyzes data to identify trends and makes recommendations to senior leadership to improve business process and strategy
- Ensures that timely and effective training is provided, both formal and on-the-job, to enhance the skill base of the team and overall department
- Encourages, recognizes and rewards ongoing associate development
- Uses coaching opportunities to further enhance the associate's performance
- Prepares associates for growth opportunities Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 3 to 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
- Industry knowledge of talent strategy including recruitment best practices, employee engagement strategies, and employee development strategy
- Experience developing and evaluating talent strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work through roadblocks independently
- An advanced understanding of WFN, specifically talent modules
- An advanced understanding of HCM metrics and ability to interpret the data and make strategic talent recommendations
- Understand the talent landscape and employee lifecycle 25-30% travel required based on client need
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous leadership experience
- An understanding of ADP's infrastructure and ADP's traditional and new products/services in business processing and outsourcing is helpful.
- An understanding of federal and state compliance labor laws HR certifications including PHR, SHRM, SPHR
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
