Job Summary:
As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic to Milan Laser Hair Removal websites. You will work closely with internal teams to identify technical SEO issues, develop solutions, and monitor the performance of SEO campaigns.
  • Technical SEO Knowledge: Understanding of how search engines work, including algorithms, indexing, crawling, and ranking factors. This includes knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Ability to optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure for search engines. Familiarity with link building, local SEO, and other off-page optimization techniques.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Proficiency in conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for targeting. Ability to analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Content Strategy: Experience in developing content strategies that align with SEO goals. This includes creating high-quality, engaging content that is optimized for search engines.
  • Experience with AI SEO tools: Leverage AI and AI tools to analyze trends, technical issues, user behavior and additional valuable insights.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and analyze website performance. Ability to generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. This includes presenting findings, explaining strategies, and providing recommendations.
  • Continuous Learning: SEO is a constantly evolving field, so an SEO Manager should be committed to staying updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve website performance and rankings.
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX): A good SEO manager should understand how user experience impacts SEO and vice versa. This includes knowledge of website usability, mobile optimization, and site speed.
  • Understanding of Social Media and its Impact on SEO: While not directly related to SEO, a good understanding of how social media can impact SEO and vice versa can be beneficial.
  • Ethical SEO Practices: Knowledge of white-hat SEO techniques and a commitment to ethical SEO practices.
  • Experience with CMS Platforms: Familiarity with popular Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal can be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and prioritize technical issues that may impact website performance.
  • Develop and implement technical SEO strategies to improve website performance and increase organic traffic.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure that technical SEO strategies align with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for website optimization, including site speed improvements, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical SEO and search engine algorithms.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of our SEO campaigns to our clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with our content team to develop and optimize content for SEO.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for optimization.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and schema markup.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
  • Understanding of voice search optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
