How will you make an impact in this role?
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for small, medium, and large businesses. The Operational Excellence (OE) team strives to ensure that GCS has a robust first line of defense, playing an active role in supporting the growth of the business, meeting its objectives and demonstrating an effective control framework.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedRegulatory Reporting Managerto join the team. This role will report to the VP, Strategy, Governance and Program Management Office.
Responsibilities
- The Regulatory Reporting Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and providing timely, accurate and detailed reporting to senior management and submit required reports to the regulatory agency
- Analyze and interpret financial data to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Develop and maintain regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and review regulatory changes to ensure compliance
- Assist in the development of new policies and procedures related to regulatory reporting
- Identify and address potential problem areas and provide solutions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide assistance with audits and other reviews as required
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting
- A Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
- Prior experience submitting reporting to regulators is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while working against tight timelines
- The candidate must have extensive knowledge of banking regulations and a working knowledge of financial markets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
