The Leader, Regional Experience will be responsible for setting the future vision for the regional customer Experience at Western union, leading teams focused on the creation of the best customer experience for our customers across the portfolio of Western Union products and services within our select digital and omni experiences.
Supporting global cross-channel design of customer user experience across web, app, and retail with a focus on data-driven best-in-class product design.
They will be tasked with driving the organization to build tailored, modular, Regional Experiences to help drive acquisition, repeat transactions and loyalty in our largest markets.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead a cross functional team focused on improving our regional-specific experience, setting clear strategic goals aligned with the company's growth strategy and our regional plans
- Identifying opportunities to build bespoke, scalable Regional Experience improvements, driving cross-functional growth teams to improve and test these experiences.
- Setting a clear vision for which experiences should be built globally and which should be built regionally, aligning to our brand purpose, the Evolve 2025 strategy and the regional strategies of our key markets
- Partner with other key stakeholders: Technology; Operations; Business; CRM/CX; Brand; Legal/Compliance on identifying the key regional areas of opportunity and designing experiences to take advantage of those opportunity areas
- This role will be tasked with clear revenue goals, with responsibility for driving Regional Experience improvements to support our primary strategic goals and projects.
- Lead a multi-functional team of global stakeholders, setting clear direction and demonstrating high levels of stakeholder management across senior members of the team.
- Enable the business to acquire and retain customers more effectively, leveraging experience, marketing tools and investments.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a bonus
- 5+ years 'experience leading substantial experience or acquisition initiatives for CRM, loyalty, rewards, and or engagement programs.
- Have 2+ years of management experience in leading globally dispersed teams.

Salary
The salary range is $110,953.16 - 184,921.93 per year, total on-target earnings include short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
