As a Senior Manager, Project Management on the Supply Chain Program Management Services team, you'll be based in Bentonville, AR and will manage program services for all distribution and fulfillment centers within our Supply Chain network, resulting in successful project execution.
What you'll do...

• Develop consistent procedures and tools for planning, monitoring and controlling the capital project lifecycle, including program/project governance, cost and schedule management, budget and forecasting, risk management, change management and procurement
• Ensure procedures follow business compliance and member requirements
• Support strategic development, planning, and execution of projects
• Establish and manage project workflows to ensure alignment with defined program goals and objectives
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure collaboration, cooperation, and communication with all stakeholders
• Partner with project managers and the project team to proactively ensure projects are successful
• Manage expectations of program and project leadership, adjusting approaches in response to changing business demands
• Help manage a team of assigned specialists and coordinators

What you'll bring...

• 5+ years of demonstrated success working on capital improvement programs, specifically applying Project Management practices from inception to closeout
• Demonstrated experience monitoring and controlling capital projects
• 1-3 years of Project Management information systems software administration experience
• 1-3 years of experience managing large scale change initiatives within a Project Management environment
• Analytical ability and a data-focused problem-solving approach with the drive to introduce value and create innovative solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders
• Six Sigma or PMP certification
