Job Title: Senior Manager, Payment Tech Development (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Performs necessary R&D activities, in conjunction with products, engineering, vendors and network infrastructure build teams helping test and bring new technologies into the organization. Manage and develop a strategy and framework for testing, validation and/or certification for the multiple form factors enabling payment capabilities. 10% domestic travel is required. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or in a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Development-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: leading design and development of EMV Chip / Contactless specification and implementation requirements; Solution EMV 3 Domain Secure Authentication products; liaising with internal stakeholders to build and deliver on shred goals and priorities for business growth; emerging Payment Technologies experience with Biometric Authentication and Payment Account Reference; building and updating ISO 8583 messaging requirements; developing and implementing payment APIs; and defining business requirements for Secure Remote Commerce (Click to Pay) standards, architecture, and implementation.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $132,808.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
