Who we are looking for
We're seeking a Sr. Manager, Merchandising Operations for our Jordan Brand Apparel business. As both a strategic leader and operations expert, you will have direct responsibility to drive a collaborative, effective Merchandising offense, as well as lead implementation of key strategic and business priorities. This role works across the organization to align and implement critical organizational priorities and plans. This role works with various functions of Merchandising, Product, and Operations partners to collaboratively drive strategy, initiatives, communications and form the culture at all levels of the organization.
Our ideal candidate is able to champion effective working relationships, drives clarity, instills trust, and is comfortable with ambiguity. They are adept at facilitating strategic conversations, while also able to quickly understand details, while driving connection, alignment and solutions.
What you will work on
If this is you, you'll be working with the Jordan Brand Merchandising leaders and teams, as well as Product and Operations partners. You will support senior leaders in developing and implementing strategy and aligning cross-functional process activities. You and the team will lead integration of new initiatives, drive product creation process excellence and accountability and facilitate end-to-end alignment across the teams within CODE moments. You will help with communication and information flow to drive clarity for a seamless and connected process, that delivers business results and an inclusive team culture.

You will be reporting to the Sr. Director, Merchandising Operations, Jordan Brand, who reports to the Sr. Director, Operations, Jordan Brand. The role primarily works with the Jordan Brand Merchandising leadership and their teams, while also engaging Product Management, Consumer Planning, Brand Partners, GEO Merchandising partners.

What you bring
- 5 Years work Experience in Merchandising, Operations, Product Creation, or Strategy
- Deep process and operational experience, including familiarity with the CODE Process End-to-end product creation process experience a plus
- Collaborative & strong communication abilities
- Proficient with MS Excel, Smartsheets, and Miro is preferred
- Ability to influence and facilitate at the senior leader level
- Ability to manage sophisticated projects and balance multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity and results
- Passionate, curious problem solver Change agent/change management abilities
