Job Description
The Senior Manager of FP&A is an analytical person, with proven communication skills and experience working across multiple business units. A strong candidate has progressive leadership experience working with business units, accounting, and corporate FP&A. The candidate has strong communication and critical thinking skills that bring to light key performance insights. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50 to $65 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver insightful reporting that empowers company leadership to make informed decisions
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor one direct report
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Build financial modeling to analyze business drivers
- Support Accounting with month end close
- Manage intra quarter performance against the plan, identifying risks and opportunities to achieving financial targets
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 10 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a footwear or apparel company
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in a complex global organization preferred
- Experience with Oracle and Hyperion is a plus
