```Duties```
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses
- Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, copywriting, research, and content marketing
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks
- Familiarity with advertising sales processes and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
