About The Role:
The Senior Manager of Customer Marketing develops and implements community engagement and brand activation programs for EVERFI's largest value, top-tier customers with the goal of driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The Senior Manager collaborates with the Customer Marketing Director/Senior Director, Account Management and Customer Success leads to establish marketing goals for each customer in their assigned portfolio, and develops marketing materials (collateral, videos, promotions/contests, social media content, etc.). The Senior Manager also defines needs and requirements for customer program launches to help customers showcase their commitment to the community and connect with the students who are benefiting from their educational investment.This role presents an opportunity to collaborate with some of the nation's leading brands and launch national campaigns to drive awareness of their educational investment and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and support customer engagement programs for our largest Enterprise Financial clients, including in-person and virtual events, student scholarship contests, teacher engagement contests, social media campaigns, and other promotions.
Collaborate with the Customer Marketing and Account Management leads/teams to establish marketing goals for each largest value, top-tier customer in assigned portfolio, and present marketing strategy presentations on customer calls.
Project manages the development of creative assets including collateral, videos, social media campaigns, case studies and other marketing materials in collaboration with Creative Services and external vendors.
Lead customer events including strategy development, project management, on site event management and external vendor management.
Define requirements and success metrics for customer launch events, including logistics, design, signage and attendee management, social media strategy, and drafting of press materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including but not limited to Account Management leadership, K12 implementation, and Product leadership to ensure effective communication, prioritization, and resourcing.
Track and report on key metrics (campaigns, budget, customer satisfaction surveys) to inform future improvements and find efficiencies.
Maintain strong knowledge and understanding in applicable industries served by the organization (e.g. financial services, K12 education, tech, etc.) and how EVERFI's products support industry relevant education.

What We'll Want You To Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or sponsorship activation, including a minimum of 1 year of client facing experience required
Project management experience required
Ability to own end-to-end production of new marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to tailor messages and influence audience
Experience managing 50+ person events (logistics, run of show development, vendor management, etc.), including in-person and virtual events. Experience managing VIP speakers preferred.
Strong attention to detail and copy-editing skills
Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform required
Experience using a Customer Relationship Management system, Salesforce preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
Experience working with education and financial services highly preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
