Drive continual improvement around operational excellence: track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead execution of plans to address these. Establish and drive operating rhythms to ensure effective communication, partnership and delivery.

Drive business insights through data and analytics; build an Operational Excellence dashboard that captures effective and relevant metrics. Track and manage financial budgets and drive resource planning. Drive strategic planning to ensure appropriate processes and controls around risk and compliance for Infrastructure and Reliability as the business grows and the product portfolio evolves.
