As the Senior Sales Planning & Operations Manager, you will focus on both managing strategy related initiatives that will drive enablement and productivity as well as all media planning responsibilities supporting the VP of advertising sales that will drive revenue. This will include identifying key target accounts, planning, forecasting, reporting & analytics, goal setting and management, revenue process optimization, and strategic program implementation. As a trusted senior advisor to Sales Leadership, you will cover core areas including reporting on sales performance and trends, supporting accurate forecasting, and working cross-functionally across the organization on initiatives to increase sales productivity and core efforts, sales targets, media planning and annual planning.

Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as thought partner to Leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities foradvertising partners
- Design and craft strategies and narratives with product and marketing for the Sales team andtheir advertising clients in collaboration with Marketing team
- Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create vertical best practices and playbooks thatdrive client business
Planning & Analysis
- Responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies, including but not limited tonegotiating, planning, implementing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaignperformance. As well as managing budgets and loading with clients and agencies.
- Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, & team structure
- Support goals setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business
- Lead the sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracyand overall pipeline health
Accountability & Enablement
Tactical execution of sales enablement strategy
- Collect advertiser feedback and work closely with product strategy to drive innovation
- Support the Quarterly Business Review process by coordinating reporting and analysis for
Sales Leadership
- Serve as thought partner to Leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities foradvertising partners

Education/ Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business or other relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in a client facing role including but not limited to digital marketing, analytics etc.
- Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing
- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
- Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Programmatic strategy and implementation experience
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth
- Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), and search marketing
- Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing)
- Experience in Revenue owning function
- Must have a valid passport
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO's)
- Record of closing large national and international advertising deals working alongside account executive
- Strong and effective leadership skills
- Robust understanding of advertising within the Digital and outdoor eco-system
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with tight turnarounds
- Expertise in digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, measurement platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting across all asset and platform types
- Experience in selling digital media, video and immersive in-world integrations with familiarity of digital analytics tools
- Strong computer skills with experience in Google & Microsoft Office applications, including PPT and Excel and all g-suite applications.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary range for this position: $122,000 - $153,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
