The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations who will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the core systems essential to our Go-To-Market operation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role involves managing mission-critical systems, both homegrown and third-party (like Marketo and Salesforce), and elevating them to new heights.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to deal expansion.
- Optimize processes in collaboration with sales, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and continuously improve our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective user training.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budget planning.
- Implement and manage sales territories in coordination with leadership.
- Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards tracking key performance metrics.
- Document sales processes and best practices for training and reference purposes.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, tools, and resources.
- Manage growth systems including Marketo, core databases, data visualization tools, and dashboards.
- Oversee integrations of marketing and product databases.
- Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and implementation of the marketing technology stack.
- Architect and prioritize the growth systems roadmap, managing projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing growth databases, Marketo, and visualization/dashboards.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Prior administrative experience with Salesforce and similar software.
- A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, focusing on efficiency and first principles.
- Excellent communication skills and effective team collaboration.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
$100,000 - $250,000 a year
Base salary of $100K - $250K.
A 20% performance bonus.
