As a Senior Logistics Analyst at Gallo, you will use your analytical skills to implement logistics plans that affect distribution and management of finished goods across our network. You will work cross functionally to define a route to market strategy, identify cost saving opportunities, and develop processes optimize distribution. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain distribution plans and strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop cost models and scenarios to evaluate the financial impact of various distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement distribution strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of the distribution network and cost analysis.
- Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
What You Will Need
- MBA degree plus 3 years of Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Military, Statistics, Sales, Consulting or Wine Industry Experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing level of responsibility, 3 of which must include TMDP/OMDP experience.” OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Military, Statistics, Sales, Consulting or Wine Industry Experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate. with 9 years of supply chain, production, operations or finance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
What Will Set You Apart
MBA degree plus 5 years of Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Military, Statistics, Sales, Consulting or Wine Industry Experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Advanced Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, VLOOKUPS, Solver, Array Functions, etc.).
Advanced Experience with data visualization (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI).
Experience with SAP.
Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $89,100 - $133,700 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
