Our Senior Living caregivers provide on-demand supportive care services in independent or assisted living environments, ranging from brief check-ins and medication reminders to personal care, companionship and personal transportation needs.

You’ll enjoy the opportunity to become part of the community, getting to know the residents while you lead and help promote these fractional care services.

We’re offering Lead Caregivers competitive pay of $24-25/hour DOE as well as bonus opportunities, and our caregivers enjoy numerous benefits and a stable, supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

- Possession of a valid driver’s license

- Active auto insurance

- At least one year of caregiving experience

- CPR and First Aid certifications (in-person)

- Clean background check

- Negative TB test

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, experience in dementia care, hospice settings, Hoyer lifts, and heavy lifting is valued.

Your Role at Cypress:

As part of Cypress HomeCare Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing daily living assistance (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, etc.

- Basic meal preparation

- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks

- Medication reminders

- Providing rides and accompanying clients to appointments

- Offering meaningful companionship
