Your Role
We believe and foster a learning culture. Your mission as Senior Learning Analyst is to contribute to this culture by focusing on learning and development activities for our people within Specialty Rental North America.
- You will add value improving competence level in our Operations in US, Canada and Mexico.
- You will focus on offering learning and development activities that foster future ready skills, especially about leadership programs, technical and sales trainings improving the talent management.
- You will develop the annual competence development plan for all part of the organization.
- You will support our local HR Managers and management team by identifying development needs and the planning and implementation of development measures
- You will support our operational and manufacturing teams with their digital transformation by creating learning opportunities and tools
- You create a Learning and Development culture of collaboration and sharing, foster cooperation and exchange by running L&D activities that allow talents to network and create a pool of talents ready to grow in the organization.
- You will improve Digital Learning while increasing learning access across all departments to provide on-the-spot self-learning possibilities and thereby leading us further towards a learning organization.
- You will coordinate Learning events, offer career pathing conversations, and design development programs.

- You need to be proficient in MS Office Suite
- You will have experience with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Design and implement training programs.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with e-learning software - Articulate/iSpring.

This is a hybrid position. 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
This position is located at our corporate office in Deer Park, TX.
This position reports to the Vice President - Human Resources
