In anticipation of award, Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking a proactive and results oriented Sr. IT Project Manager (PM) to be part of the PMO and apply broad management skills and function/technical expertise to guide project teams and deliver client solutions. They will analyze new and complex project-related issues and devise innovative solutions encompassing finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, reporting, and solution components.
What You'll Do
- Leading and developing PowerApps solutions to streamline project management processes, enhance collaboration, and support Agile practices within the organization.
- Managing the development of Sharepoint sites and tools
- Leading the development of an automated project status report that pulls data from Jira/Confluence.
- Leading the development of an IT Portfolio Dashboard given available tools, such as Tableau, to the needs of multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Leading agile projects and introducing new software solutions
- Managing the implementing of NHTSA DevSecOps and CI/CD procedures to integrate application environments and tools with Cloud Hosting, ensuring seamless integration and deployment into preproduction environments such as Development, Test and Stage environments.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience IT project management preferred, with a focus on IT Solutions methodologies and conducting assessments within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of how to use and develop solutions using PowerApps (Business Intelligence and Workflow) and SharePoint to optimize project management processes.
- Knowledge and experience with managing IT Portfolio Dashboards solutions
- AWS or Azure experience
- Strong knowledge of modernization and technology trends in the industry.
- Proficient in SharePoint and Jira/Confluence
- Knowledgeable and experience managing Tableau projects
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Abilities
- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
