Internal Audit is looking for future finance leaders to learn about the organization by working an in Internal Audit function.
This should attract to strong finance backgrounds candidates who are looking for a long-term finance career.
- Ideally Big4, external audit, 3-5yrs in role, currently in a Senior Staff to Manager, who have a broad area of financial and operational exposure (Oil & Gas experience is a plus)
- 20% target bonus
- CPA or Chartered Accountant a plus
- Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Accounting desirable.
- Moderate relocation costs covered for relocations in the U.S./Canada
- While in Houston, work from home 2-3 days a week.
- While out of town, international travel and exposure
- 2023 estimated travel 40% (2 weeks per month)
This Internal Auditor role is a fast-tracked finance management development program. After 2-3 years in internal audit learning company operations, Internal Auditors are promoted into finance roles across the globe.
Candidates must be internationally mobile and able to relocate after their 2-3yr internal audit rotation.
Finance employees typically are promoted and moved globally every 2-3 years.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Accounting.
Internationally mobile after 2-3 years in the role
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month on audit engagements.
3-5 years external audit.
