Starting Pay: $30-$40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC service calls for residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to educate customers on the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Be professional and knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and options sheets.

Requirements:

• At Least 10 years of Drain Cleaning Experience
• Excellent Customer Interaction Skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
