WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Columbia, MO office, you will be Senior Specification Technician  

 

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

• Edits and maintains all raw material specifications and related databases 
• HSE where used requirements
• Chemicals of Concern Coordination for North America, and Coordinate with EU Reach.
• SDS liaison with suppliers
• Oracle subject matter expert for 
  1. Where Used
  2. Item Creation
  3. Costing
  4. Export between Oracle and PDMLink
• MDL Laboratory system support 
  1. Lab Order submittal support
  2. Metric reporting 
  3. Special projects with engineers and management on Excel spreadsheet work

ABOUT YOU

• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel,) 
• Experience with ERP system (Oracle or SAP)
• Good computer skills are required and essential
• Post-secondary school education is preferred, but not required
• This is a day shift position but may on occasion be required to work longer or off shift hours on special projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
