Form of workThe Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) announces an examination process to create an eligibility list to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Senior Human Resources Analyst-Compensation in the Administration Division. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to four (4) months.
Responsible for performing a variety of complex senior level professional activities in support of a centralized Human Resources system including recruitment and selection, job analysis, classification and compensation plan administration, employee/organizational development, training, and employee/labor relations; independently conducts projects/studies or provides team project leadership for professional or technical staff.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business management, Human Resources management or a related field AND four (4) years of professional Human Resources generalist experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.

- Incident Command System training, ICS 100, ICS 200 and NIMS within six (6) months of date of hire
