Senior HR Business Partner
The Senior HR Business Partner for Group Functions will play an important role in ensuring our team members perform to their full potential by shaping the employee experience and delivering best in class HR support to the organization.
This role will be a trusted partner providing strategic guidance, direction and management of people-related topics that include talent management, culture, engagement, recruitment, retention, learning and development, and enabling a collaborative cross-functional culture.
This is a global role with ownership of strategic, enterprise wide teams (Strategy & Business Development, M&A, Value Capture and Integration and Communications) as well as local support of the HR Director focused on IT, HR and Finance.
What You'll Do:

  • Lead key HR Processes throughout the employee lifecycle for your client groups:
    • Organizational design/development
    • Goal setting
    • Year end process: compensation planning; performance management
    • Play an active role in engagement action planning
    • Support recruitment activities and manage the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Drive data based decisions
    • Collect and analyze HR metrics as they relate to your populations;
    • Own people Master Data for respective populations
    • Own people/salary budget data for respective populations, actively engaging with the Finance team to manage operational expenditures
  • Partner with senior management:
    • Lead the process of building talent capability through recruitment, management of objectives, career development, and engagement
    • Lead and influence senior management and people managers on employee relations, team dynamics, coaching, goal setting and performance management
    • Run change management initiatives within client groups including driving proactive communications
  • Employee Relations:
    • Point of contact for HR related issues that includes but not limited to policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, and performance management
    • Manage complex HR issues including employee exits, terminations and investigations
    • Mediate conflicts and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Training and development:
    • Identify skill gaps within the workforce and design training and development programs to bridge these gaps.
    • Support the integration of talent development and performance management processes.

What We're Looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources
  • Proven experience in HR Business Partner or HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
  • Experience in a variety of HR facets including organizational design, leadership coaching, talent management and development, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Global experience highly preferred; ability to interact across various cultures and working styles
  • Prior HR experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail setting / experience in the FMCG industry ideal
  • Capable of appropriately handling highly confidential documents and information
  • Ability to take initiative, ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal supervision
