As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and strengthens our digital, AI & innovation capabilities, we are seeking a Full-Stack Developer.In this role, you will work as part of a team to develop, maintain, and enhance one or more digital products and platforms that seek to yield a significant business benefit, helping us build competitive advantage and market differentiation through execution on innovation.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
•Work with UX Design and the Product Owner on front-end design & interactions, to inform UX designs for data & AI applications
•Operate as Full-Stack Developer for IDA applications, portals & integrations
•Ensure that the solution is designed to perform across multiple devices and platforms
•Work with Architecture on the technical design, target state software architectures, data mappings & integration mechanisms
•Understand the requirement and ensure quality deliverables
•Take ownership for delivering the assigned development task
•Working as part of an Agile squad, ensure delivery within tight timelines and meeting the expectations of the team
•Engage in the entire lifecycle of the development project
•Ensure quality and optimized coding with good documentation
•Conduct peer code reviews and participate in mitigating solutions
•Represent the project in GT governance forums, presenting the technical design and ensuring alignment with AXA architecture standards as the project moves through the relevant stage gates
•The candidate will have a background in OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB & Cosmos
•Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet delivery timelines with a high degree of client satisfaction is critical
•Ability to manage one or more Full-Stack Developers as part of your team

•Several years of experience in Java, JavaScript / CSS / React.js
•Experience working on Spring Boot micro service architecture
•Experience in NOSQL database like Mongodb
•Experience working on multiple technologies
•Fast learner of new tools and technologies
•Experience working as part of a squad in an Agile environment
•Technologies required - OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, Java, Spring Boot, Maven, JavaScript, React, Node, NPM, Azure, Auth0, MongoDB & Cosmos
•Front-end technologies required - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.js
•Methodologies - Agile
•Tools - GitHub
•Excellent project management, time management, verbal and written communications skills, as the job entails simultaneously managing multiple projects with internal stakeholders
•Solid knowledge of SQL
•Proactive attitude, ability to run projects with minimal direction given the global nature of the team

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 95,000- USD 186,500. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
