SENIOR FOOD & BEVERAGE RECRUITER
JOB OVERVIEW
TheSenior Food & Beverage Recruiter is responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting for RHC NY.
Reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and reports functionally to General Managers and Executive Chefs.
- Partners with leadership as well as the HR Director and HR Generalists to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for current and upcoming openings
- Works independently to oversee and execute all aspects of the recruiting process: researches and develops unique sourcing strategies, independently evaluates candidates, selects candidates for advancement in hiring process, coordinates interviews, and manages candidate experience and follow up
- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, directives, and policies Human Resources Generalist
- Monitors and maintains compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements
- Utilizes available metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices to support department goals; suggests improvements to management and implements changes
- Collaborates with culinary institutions as well as City and State bodies to incorporate educational partnerships, community relations and employer branding efforts regularly into the overall recruitment strategy
- Provides training to hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System and effective interviewing
- Participates in facilitating new hire orientation and the onboarding process
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
