Position: Senior Director, Grocery & Food Retail | CRG (Grocery and Food Retail Experience required)

CRG is currently seeking Management Consulting leaders with significant consulting / operating experience in the Grocery and Food Retail space. Join our growing Grocery and Food Retail team and make immediate impact with our clients.
As a Senior Director at CRG, you will partner with leadership and clients on programs ranging from strategy to large-scale transformation, including digital transformation, M& A, and turnaround . You will also lead project teams and tackle complex challenges alongside senior executives from day one.

Your Role
- Partner with our clients on programs ranging from strategy to large-scale transformation, including digital transformation, M& A, and turnaround
- Lead exceptional teams of consultants and partner with A& M leaders with very diverse backgrounds
- Opportunities to take interim management roles in public and private-equity owned companies
Your Background
- 10 - 15 Years in the Grocery and / or Food Retail Sector (incl. Foodservice, QSR, Travel/Hospitality)
- Mix of Consulting and Operating Experience preferred
- Exceptional problem solving and strong passion for client services
- Proven track record of value delivery and outstanding client relationships
- Entrepreneurial/start-up mindset

Qualifications:
- Preferred 15 years of Consumer and / or Retail sectors with Consulting Experience
- Strong technical acumen and comfortable working with complex data
- Experience leading and managing complex work streams and projects
- Build and drive the case for change on related work streams and projects
- Independently structure problem solving approaches and adapt quickly to changing direction
- Synthesize complex analysis and identifies implications with attention to detail
- Creative with the development of new tools, methodologies and approaches
- Experience with proposal development, strong commercial instincts and interest
- Advanced written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of client ready document and presentation development.
- Open to /- 60% travel M-F

The salary range is $200, 000 -225, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
