As a Senior Financial Analyst, a prominent and influential position that offers substantial opportunities for career advancement and engaging tasks that have a daily influence across Fortress. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and improve our most vital financial and operational reporting for private equity investors and key internal leadership stakeholders.
- Assist with preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and rolling pro forma.
- Co-own business partnering relationships end-to-end with the executive leadership team.
- Assist in the development of the recurring private equity board presentation.
- Own operational and financial data, supporting accurate data driven decision making in our weekly senior leadership rolling pro forma meeting
- Create documentation of current and new finance, data, and analytics processes.
- Other finance, business, data, and reporting responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, data and/or business analytics role
- Expert Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced lookups and IF statements, Pivot Tables, and modeling )
- A working knowledge of data visualization platforms (PowerBI preferred, Tableau acceptable)
- Proven capability to harness structured and unstructured data to drive business outcomes.
- Quick learner who is steady in execution but thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- A willingness to be vocal when appropriate and provide input to leadership.
- Experience working with minimal direction but also able to change course with leadership initiatives
- Experience working with individuals of varying seniority up to the executive level.
- Operates with a continuous improvement mindset

- Preference for candidates with prior experience in a senior finance, reporting, or business analyst role
- Bachelor's Degree in a business major or closely related field is required.
- Master's degree in business or analytics a plus
