We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. This position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
Lead financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis processes necessary to support Company objectives. Ensures all financial reports and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Partners directly with Haworth’s Lifestyle Design and Latin America businesses to complete monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes. Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Five or more years of related experience, with progressively expanding duties in variety of accounting areas.
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance. Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Master’s in Business Administration.
CPA or CMA certification.
Experience with supporting manufacturing or corporate business groups.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Advanced Excel skills to gather, analyze and report data.
Experience with international finance.
Experience with BPC and Power BI. Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills.
Strong accounting, analysis, problem solving and data gathering skills.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
PC and keyboard/mouse skills required.
